They're Hotheads tape-in extensions.  
They only take about 2 hours total to put in, including cut and styling.
Cost between $250 -$400 (with Julie) depending on length.
Come in a variety of colors, dye-able with professional dye.
Last up to 10 weeks, before needing to be moved up.
Hair can be re-used for up to a year.
